Here's your design with finishing effects, and a couple of closeups or detail. All the yellow borders, type, etc., are now in a warmer metallic gold. Both the maltese and badge have a soft outer glow. The bagpipes, drumsticks, and other elements have been embossed, with shadows where appropriate. The "Mission" text has colors more reflective of the fiery background, and the "Northwest Ohio" has a subtle emboss.
