Here's your design with finishing effects, and some closeups for detail. Overall, the look is smooth, shiney metal. The outside type has a bit of a hand-tooled look, with a very slight texture. The maltese border has a very subtle color shift, borrowed from the Arizona flag, (yellow-orange on top, blue on bottom), and the scroll-trim has a stamped quality as opposed to being embossed up or down. Other effects have been added where appropriate.
