Here's your design with finishing effects, including some closeups for detail. In general, the metallic elements are in smooth, shiny gold, and the green areas have subtle, flowing texture. We added a glow behind the central element, and made the central banner text darker for contrast. We lightened the tartan slightly. Bevels and dropshadows have been added where appropriate.
