Here's your design with finishing effects, along with closeups. All the items that were not changed in this new version retain their original finishing effects. We noticed a font error in the previous mockup. Somehow the font in the banner was changed to "Windlass", which has jagged contours, and didn't look good in the finishing stage. We reverted back to your previous header font.
The closeups include both badges; the police badge came out great! The Sheriff's badge looks the same as the original after even after being scaled down.
