Here's your design with finishing effects, and a couple of closeups for detail.
The outside lettering is a bright, shiny metal, with a slight brushed texture. The belt body is similar, but the brush is a bit more pronounced. The gold trim around the maltese is similar, but the belt's gold trim has no texture and appears smooth and polished. We've added some shadowing across the tartan, including dropshadows along its perimeter. The piper is embossed and trimmed in gold.
