Here's the initial redraw of your graphic. Everything is even and symmetrical. The eagle and Irish harp are in place, and the sprig of shamrocks has been rebuilt. The outer dots have been replaced with shamrocks...in the central logo's green and yellow values. "IL" is now correct. The Remo crown is screened back toward the bottom.
