Here's your design with finishing effects, along with a couple of closeups. Most are quite subtle, as the design is strong and doesn't need much.
The banner has been updated to "Stand Sure", with the lettering engraved into the banner. A drop shadow has been added to the trunk of the tree behind the banner. The tree's outline has been smoothed significantly, and a slight outer glow has been added to help it to stand out over the textured background. The outside lettering is embossed and also has a small dropshadow.
