Here's the rework of your design. The recent work is in the left column, with the earlier version alongside, to the right. We've adjusted the flames away from the "Pipes & Drums". You'll notice in the closeup that we've blurred them to look more natural. We've added a soft texture, to simulate gold leaf, into the borders and the banner lettering. We've done a little stronger shadowing on both as well. The blue in the flag is richer, ande we've added a little shading in the flaps of the banner. Overall, the colors look a bit washed out, but expect the print version will be more vibrant.
