Here's your design with finishing effects, along with closeups of some of the detail. Most of the metallic elements were made as smooth metal, with the exception of the knots in the cross, which have a slight hand-hammered look. This includes the blue police and red fire metallics. The tartan colors have been deepened, and in general, colors will print deeper and fuller on the head than what you may see on you computer monitor. The earlier mockup is posted below.
