Here's your design with finishing effects. The closeups show some of the detail. We took a little extra time to refine the piper; he's more contoured that the original we were using. He also has a slight wave texture on the black areas only. This adds a little variation to the solid black. We also added extra effects on the Sheriff's badge; it now has texture and bevels. An earlier version is posted at the bottom.
